This whole home remodel and addition in Los Gatos is located on a very steep lot with a view. We re-framed the roof in the great room and dining room to raise the exterior wall height to 10 feet. This allowed for the massive 12′ wide by 8’6″ window that overlooks the beautiful Los Gatos mountains and skyline. This home features an amazing chef’s kitchen with beautiful custom cabinets and a mud room entry with “lockers” for every member of the family. The great room has exposed beams and post to bring the eye up to the 14′ tall center section of ceiling. The sitting room has 10′ high ceilings and a beautiful custom conditioned walk in wine cooler. We remodeled 2 bathrooms and replaced all the windows and doors in the home to cap off a beautiful spacious home remodel and addition we are proud to put our names on along with Brad Cox Architect Inc.
